Privacy notice

Last updated September 22, 2026. This notice applies to Summit Athletics on Tim’s Sports Hub.

What we collect

We process account names and email addresses, password hashes, team and player details, guardian relationships, registration information, attendance, statistics, messages, uploaded files and transaction records that users or team administrators provide. We use request and security logs to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

Information supports team administration, registration, schedules, communication, account recovery and financial records. Access depends on a user’s role and team or guardian relationships. The team administrator manages its organization’s information. Tim’s Sports Hub operates the platform.

Public information and player photos

Team websites can publish news, events, galleries and approved roster information. Player information is private by default; public roster sharing requires both team publication and player consent settings. Administrators are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission, including guardian permission where required, before publishing personal information or photographs.

Service providers and payments

Configured services may include SMTP email providers, Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for SMS and browser push services. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored as card numbers in this platform. Provider availability depends on the team’s plan and configuration. Test mode simulates messages and restricts payment processing to test credentials.

Cookies and form protection

Essential cookies support sign-in sessions and request protection. Your cookie-notice choice is saved in browser storage. Public forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help prevent abuse; this may involve Google processing device and interaction information under its privacy policy and terms. We do not currently load third-party advertising trackers. Free-plan advertisement placements are hosted on this site.

Choices, access and deletion

Manage notification preferences in your account and unsubscribe from newsletters through their unsubscribe links. Contact the team administrator through the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to remain for financial, security or operational purposes. Retention depends on the record and applicable requirements; requests are reviewed individually.

Children and guardian accounts

Adults manage family registration and guardian links. Child player accounts and public sharing require appropriate administrator and guardian controls. Do not submit information about a child unless you are authorized to do so.
